RETURN POLICY
Return Policy for 30-Day Free Trial: This policy applies to all MTI low speed handpieces, motors and attachments purchased from the MTI Dental website. 30-day trials are available to U.S.A. customers only. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in order to ensure full credit, refund or replacement. Products must be shipped to MTI Dental Products. Please state the reason for return on the packing slip. MTI will arrange for shipping and pay return shipping charges on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance under any other circumstances – preferably in the original shipping carton. After receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund or credit the value of the item within 15 business days. No refund will be issued if the product has been altered or abused. For your protection, the package should be insured for the full value of the goods.
